I love guacamole. Such a wonderful dip! Plus, its healthy for you!
Guacamole
2 side servings
1 avocados
1 T lime juice
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1/4 medium onion, diced
1 tomato
1 clove garlic
Directions:
1. Core and de-skin avocado
2. Add all ingredients to a tall bowl, blend with immersion blender
3. Refrigerate at least an hour, serve.
NOTE: The lime juice inhibits the guacamole browning while in the fridge.
